About how much should it cost to replace the brake pads on a 2000 Rav4?

2000 Rav4.

I've been using the emergency brake a little too to take the stress off the foot brakes so I don't warp the rotors.About how much should it cost to replace the brake pads on a 2000 Rav4?Pads run from about $12 - $40 per axle, so, just pads and do it yourself, $30 for both front and rear.

Rotors vary a little from car to car but a safe bet would be in the $30 - $45 each range. So, if you need pads and rotors and have a shop do it, $300, just for the front. Obviously, the labor is where the shop gets you.About how much should it cost to replace the brake pads on a 2000 Rav4?wel just so you know your back brakes are your e brakes and doesnt have much to do with rotor warping which is cause by hard braking or heat not having brake pads grinds off metal from rotors stil doesnt warp them longer one drive with bad brakes more it cost to repair it to do a brake job at home 35 buck to replace pads a shop 100 for same pads easy to cal three local shops and get a price for brake pads and turn rotors but if you drive with bad pads might need new rotors and the prices vary for that 200 bucks is about normal depedns on where you go and where you live (just brakes) does a brake job 99.00 bucks

four wheels you get new pads and turned rotors only you shoul dcal three shop and get a bout price no one can say a real price til they remove tire and look at damage brake pads at a parts store cost like 35 bucksAbout how much should it cost to replace the brake pads on a 2000 Rav4?depends on the quality you want. you could have semi metallic to ceramic. regardless of warping the rotors theyll have to b turned if you want it done right. i would stop using that e brake too unless you wanna change those pads out as well.if and r u gonna do this ur self? u didnt say. pads alone are cheap from 30$ to 150$. like i said depends on what you want. at a shop150$ to 300$ but as before its what do you want
