How much should replacing rear brake pads on a Ford Explorer cost?

I originally brought it in because of a rubbing sound. They replaced a bearing, and have just called to let me know that I need my rear brake pads replaced - the bill is going to be $300. Does this sound high to you?

Parts for this are $80 or so and it should only take about an hour. Go to Meineke or one of those %26quot;big box%26quot; brake shops and get a quote, bgut $300 sounds high.

Is this quote including the bearing? if so, it's not out of the ball park. Bearing replacements require a lot of labot. How much should replacing rear brake pads on a Ford Explorer cost?does that include the bearing?
