How to get rust of the inside of the rims by the brake pads??

im not sure what it is called but if you look from the outside of the car and look inside the rims, there is a round cirlcle going all the way around the inside rim, like were the brake pads meet the shinny metal ring? ho could i get the rust off it?How to get rust of the inside of the rims by the brake pads??There's a good product out there called Brak-Leen...any auto parts store should have it. You could also try engine starting fluid...they both come in spray cans and like i said can be found at any auto parts store. That rust you're talking about is brake dust.
